Those of you who knew me on GF, probably remember me talking about the school bus I'm going to buy with a friend of mine. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, that's pretty much all there is to it. My friend and I are going to buy a school bus, and we're going to turn it into an RV. Then, when he graduates, we're going to go travel around in it.
So! We're buying the bus next week. Yeah.

Lol make sure you take a small test trip to see if the bus can handle the miles.

Well, it's about 150 miles from here to where it is right now.
But yeah, we're gonna make a bunch of small trips before we actually go anywhere.

Is there anything wrong with the bus right now?

As far as I know, no. But we need to paint it, put in wood flooring, and convert it to run on grease, before we do anything major with it.

Thanks sam. I actually forgot to mention, the guy is throwing in a bunch of wood for the flooring. And my friend's dad is a carpenter, so we have all we need to put in the floor.
The guy who's selling us the bus is my friend's family friend. And he really needs the bus gone. So he's trying to give a good deal, while still making some money.

How much are you getting the bus for? I would honestly keep the front two seats in it. Gives you something to sit in and a barrier to put stuff against

$2200. The seats are already out of it. But we're gonna put in furniture, and shelving.

Well, what happened was: My friend's mom bought it from some of her friends for 2000, with the intent of doing exactly what we're doing with it, but with my friend, and his sister. Well, my friend went to live with his dad, so his mom sold the bus to the current owner, just for the 2000. Since then, he's taken all of the seats out of it. And he's giving us a bunch of lumber too. So the extra 200 isn't too big of an issue.
Plus, we've already given him 250, and we'll give him 200 more next weekend.
