So guys, tell me, what is the watt to volume to power consumption on tube versus SS amps like?

A watt is always a watt.. Be it tube or solid state. That's just ohms law at play. How that relates to volume.. Really, comes down to how tube amps clip differently than solid state amps and how the amps wattage rating, is rated. An amps wattage rating is not a measurement of maximum output. The wattage of an amp is rated at its highest output without clipping.
Power consumption is generally greater on a tube amp. Most if not all tube amps have heater supplies because of the excessive heat generated by the higher power consumption. This doesn't really relate to wattage to volume unless you're comparing apples to apples (tube to tube) or oranges to oranges (ss to ss).

They intended to only run it for a year, and actually discontinued it at the end of 2012. Due to it's massive demand, they decide to run the limited edition 'pro' version in 2013. They were made in limited quantities, they are just waiting for the stocks to sell out. Looks like I missed my chance to buy the standard, so I'm just buying the Pro, probably going to order tomorrow.
