I was contacted by a friend of my dad about playing in a benefit on the 28th. He knew my friend Cody and I played music together and wanted to see if we'd do some songs for the first half hour of the concert. One thing lead to another and now we've got a full band playing the event. It consists of my uncle on bass, me on guitar, Cody on drums, and my dad's friend on vocals. My uncle and his friend didn't expect much out of it. They most likely assumed Cody and I were a couple of punks with instruments. Well, they were wrong and were pretty much blown away by how good we sounded as a unit. This one time thing may turn into a full time band.

Here's our logo/band name...
