HSS, yes. Have the passive EMG HZ Humbucker and Single Coils in it. I also upgraded the neck to a Mighty Mite neck and put Schaller Locking Tuners on it. Upgraded the other electronics in the pickguard, and dropped in a 62' Reissue Trem. I then added on the American Strat Saddles on it. Probably my #1 player electric. Definitely a working mans guitar.
