There is a motorcycle shop by where I live and they sell good motorcycle leather pants. But they are 90 bucks. Does anyone know where i can get a little cheaper of a pair. Yes, I would like some leather pants

It depends. Kinda like Kuma said, if you want them for their actual intended purpose, then I would say, don't buy something cheap. But if you just want to look cool (i might buy a pair, they look cool) I'd say check out ebay. Believe it or not, eBay actually sells new clothing.
