The other day I picked apart the solo for "rock you like a hurricane" and found that there wasn't much to it. Just a lot of pentatonic stuff.

well that and the legato thing at the top of the neck towards the end of the solo. still working on that myself, i'm not great at legato yet. if you want some fun hair metal, try out ratt's "out of the cellar" robin crosby and warren dimartini were 2 of the greatest of their time.
