So i was going to advertise on FB to get some people on here but it costs money. So i was wanting to know if you all would like me to do it before i go ahead and buy some advertising space

I'd hold off.
I'm looking into a Google AdSense program that I get discounted on if I sign up through ProBoards. Google sees more traffic daily than Facebook does and implements Google searches and visited websites to target correct audiences. Facebook does as well but It's no way near as accurate. Once we get bigger, I was actually going to advertise advertisement space on our website.. And use that to make our page "ad free" and add an advertisement bulletin to our banner somewhere. Extra funds from making the site ad free would probably be reserved for renewing the domain name (extending the amount of time we own it for) and adding a few more bells and whistles through ProBoards and GoDaddy to help enhance site economics and structure (more "behind the scenes" stuff to help everything run well). To put it in a nutshell.. Promote to get people here > When we get big, get advertisers to purchase spots here > Use that money to keep promoting and updating the site.
But by all means if you want to advertise the site, you're more than welcome to and it is greatly appreciated!

So i am getting a tattoo lol. I thought it would be free. I know of a couple local guitar shops that would love some cheap advertising. I have been trying to find ways to expand but i am coming up blank
