So, I finally found out how to render to Mp3 in reaper. Any of you that might have reaper should know that reaper requires an outside source to render to mp3 files. I have tried and tried to download the file for it but I could never get it in the right destination... Or so I thought... Apparently, I had the wrong .dll.... I had the regular file for windows. Today I tried the Windows 64bit file, put it in reaper's directory, and viola, I can render to .mp3
