Here are my ideas, please collaborate on this one guys!

It is the rank, followed by the post count required for that rank.

Roadie - 50
Groupie - 100
Squier - 200
Epiphone - 500
Lights Guy - 1000
Sound Guy - 2500
Gibson - 5000
Fender - 10000
